Benchmarking different speeds when I actually run it.

I benchmark sha1 100. for 23,000 mh/s. But when I actually run it the speed is only 4000 mh/s
I'm using 4090 from vast.ai.I got this message from hashcat.
ATTENTION! Pure (unoptimized) backend kernels selected.
Pure kernels can crack longer passwords, but drastically reduce performance.
If you want to switch to optimized kernels, append -O to your commandline.
